Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mindful Minis website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Ideadox Private Limited ("Ideadox", "Mindful Minis","we", or "us"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
Ideadox Private Limited (d/b/a Mindful Minis) is incorporated in India with its principal place of business at 29 B Kachi Mada St, Kanchipuram 631502, Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at info@mindfulminis.in.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is designed for families and caregivers supporting children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a subscription. Parents or legal guardians may create child profiles and supervise their use. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials
We offer subscription plans that provide access to premium content and guided routines. When you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another platform, the applicable store’s billing terms govern your purchase, renewal, and cancellation. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel according to the store’s instructions. We may offer promotional trials or discounts, which are subject to specific terms presented when you enroll.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to (a) copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) upload harmful code or interfere with the Service’s operation; (d) misuse the Service to harass, exploit, or harm others; or (e) falsely represent that the Service provides medical or clinical treatment.
5. Wellness Guidance, Not Medical Advice
Mindful Minis delivers mindfulness, movement, and emotional regulation activities for educational and wellbeing purposes. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, psychiatric treatment, or emergency services. Always consult a qualified professional regarding mental health concerns. If you or a child experience a crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
6. AI-Assisted Content
Portions of our activities and knowledge base are generated or curated using artificial intelligence tools guided by our educators and therapists. We review content for quality and safety, but AI outputs may occasionally be imperfect. You acknowledge and accept responsibility for exercising judgment before applying guidance with children and for supervising their participation.
7. User Content and Feedback
If you submit feedback, testimonials, or other content, you grant Mindful Minis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that material for operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to share the content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information, including wellbeing check-ins, analytics, and location insights. By using the Service, you consent to those practices. You may submit access or deletion requests at any time through our Data Rights Request Center.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates analytics, crash reporting, and link attribution tools provided by Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Branch.io, Crashlytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Apple’s platform services. These providers may collect pseudonymous data as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and you should review their terms and privacy notices.
10. App Store and Play Store Requirements
When you download the Mindful Minis app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that (a) these Terms are between you and Ideadox, not Apple or Google; (b) Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support; (c) your license to use the app is limited to devices you own or control and in accordance with the applicable store terms; and (d) Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ideadox, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or profits resulting from your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideadox, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that risks harm to others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, except where local law grants you non-waivable rights to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing limits your rights under consumer protection laws in your region.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using the Service.
